Shipping policy
- Free standard shipping is available on orders above ₹2000 within India.
- Orders below ₹2000 will incur a ₹100 shipping fee.
- The minimum order value is ₹500.
- All orders will be dispatched within 3-4 days.
- The standard delivery time is 5-8 days.
- Courier details will be provided at the time of dispatch.
- Orders placed after 11 AM IST on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
- Business days are Monday to Friday (excluding local holidays).
- We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
- For custom print orders, separate timelines will be communicated.
- Express delivery service is currently unavailable. If you need materials urgently, please email us at frescoes.boxes@gmail.com with your order number. We will arrange air courier shipping and inform you of any additional shipping charges. The difference in charges must be paid before the order is dispatched.
- As Frescoes Packaging is based in Kolkata, delivery and courier services are suspended for seven days during Durga Puja in October each year. Kindly plan your purchases accordingly.
